What this job involves :

• Assist Engineer and Building Surveyor in performing his / her duties
• Supervise personnel of Frontline Team engaged in the provision of technical services to deliver the Services in compliance with SLAs / statutory requirement / ordinances with good work quality
• Supervise the work progress of the PPM and ensure each task can complete on time
• Distribute the work requests to frontline technical team and ensure the orders can complete on time
• Arrange frontline technical team to conduct the first attend, minor repair, routine monitoring measures and operational preventive maintenance works
• Assist the Engineering Manager (Engineering Lead) / Assistant Engineering Manager / Assistant Building Surveying Manager / Engineer / Surveyor to supervise the work performance & quality of all the work of vendors and contractors
• Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment and daily / weekly servicing plan
• Conduct routine checks for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control of systems
• Assist the Engineering Manager (Engineering Lead) / Assistant Engineering Manager / Assistant Building Surveying Manager / Engineer / Surveyor to supervise the performance of maintenance contractors and ensure they perform the maintenance services on time
• Provide technical support / advice to personnel of Frontline Team engaged in the provision of technical services on solving the problems of all building services installations
• Attend to emergency and / or typhoon related duties or overtime work as required
• Work in 24 / 7 operation in shift duty and on public holidays / Sundays independently
• Provide 24 / 7 emergency call support and site attendance, if required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
