Act as a central coordination point to communicate, liaise, coordinate and manage the training project status with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and review project progress to ensure on-time training delivery and service quality
Perform the administrative support, such as schedule management, drafting proposals and reports, evaluation analysis, documentation etc.
Attend project related meetings, events, and seminars
Assist on ad hoc tasks
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Information Management and Technology, or other related disciplines with six (6) months or more years of relevant working experience
Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
Proactive, and willing to deal with people in different levels
Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
Candidates with less experience and with a positive attitude will also be considered
