Role Purpose :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of People Development Team to lead our training initiatives for staff at different levels, from office personnel to retail store managers. This role is crucial in formulating innovative training solutions that enhance supervisory and personal effectiveness across the business unit.

A typical day in this Role :

Leadership and Development : Formulate a comprehensive people development plan while leading a team to deliver a full spectrum of supervisory development and personal effectiveness training for managers in both office and retail settings.

Training Needs Analysis : Identify and analyze training needs, recommending tailored solutions that align with management objectives.

Training Roadmap Creation : Develop a strategic training roadmap, determining appropriate initiatives and instructional methods to meet development goals.

eLearning Content Development : Design and configure supervisory and management eLearning content within our learning management system to facilitate accessible and effective training.

Program Design and Delivery : Create and deliver impactful management and personal effectiveness training programs that drive engagement and performance.

Continuous Improvement : Regularly review and update training programs to ensure they meet evolving business needs and assess their effectiveness.

Success will depend on :

Rich experience in design, development, and delivery of supervisory and management training programs.

Proficient in Office 365 MS Office applications; familiarity with e-learning technologies and solutions is preferred.

Relevant certifications in personality assessment, NLP, and coaching are advantageous.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
