Description
- Lead and manage the service engineering team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of machinery.
- Train and mentor service engineers on technical skills and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Monitor service metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in service engineering or management, preferably in machinery manufacturing.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical expertise.Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Willingness to travel as needed.Job Offer
