Real Estate Private Equity Investment Director

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Formulate and implement investment strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives across core, value-add, and opportunistic real estate assets.
• Deal Origination & Execution : Source, evaluate, and execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and recapitalizations.
• Due Diligence & Underwriting : Overseeprehensive financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment to support investment decisions.
• Portfolio Oversight : Monitor asset performance, guide asset management teams, and develop value enhancement initiatives.
• Capital Markets Engagement : Interface with institutional investors, lenders, and capital partners to support fundraising and financing activities.
• Present investment rmendations to the Investmentmittee and ensurepliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Team Development : Mentor junior professionals and foster a high-performance culture within the investment team.
