The Team

You will be joining a regional finance team for market activities, primarily focusing on financial supervision of APAC entities, covering more than 10 entities including SG & HK Markets. As an individual contributor in the team with duties across Financial controlling below.

The Role

Define target operating model for key regional processes.

Monitor Internal Control Certification (I2C).

Ensure standardisation by reviewing processes across APAC to ensure consistency.

Oversee regulatory compliance within the APAC region by gathering and reviewing monthly regulatory reports.

Provide finance expertise on transversal projects.

Process and improvement and digital transformation.

Propose innovative solutions to improve processes managed under the financial supervision scope.

Actively support the group's digital transformation initiatives.

The Requirements

Accounting qualifications, CPA or any relevant certification required.

5-7 years experience in Financial Control / Auditing on global market activities entities / project management.

Good understanding of global market activities (eg. product detail & strategies, and process of implication into accounting & financial control framework)

Knowledgeable in investment bank major divisions

Experience of working with FO, middle / back office, risk management would be a plus.

Strong teamwork spirit and self-motivation mindset.

Good communication skills in both written and oral English.
