Responsibilities
- Act as a supervisor in the operation team to ensure all events activities are ready to open and operating smooth in daily basis
- Monitor the contractor for installation and dismantle work of the event
- Assist to the back of house and storing area setup
- Plan on the staffing roster and manage the Event Assistants on preparing the back of house facilities for the events
- Report to Project Manager, assist to operation of the seasonal events, sales projects and other ad-hoc event which is assigned by management
Requirements
At least 2-4 years' experiences in entertainment business or project management, less experience will be considers as Assistant Event SupervisorBasic technical knowledgeFamiliar with OP festival events is preferredGood communication skill in both written and spoken English and CantoneseWilling to work at night and during weekends & Public Holidays
