The Operations Excellence Assistant Manager supports the optimization and streamlining of operational processes within the organization. This role is to support the Operations Excellence Senior Manager in leading and overseeing operational excellence initiatives and to support in driving efficiency across various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
The Employee will :
Supports in optimizing and streamlining operational processes, performance analysis, sustainable improvement, change management and cross functional collaborations
Assists in the design, implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyses and identifies inefficiencies and bottlenecks in business operational standards and processes
Supports in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for strategic action planning
Facilitates change management initiatives and coordinates the rollout of process improvements across the organizations
Develops and maintains SOPs and performance monitoring tools to ensure consistency and compliance
Proactively engages and collaborates with cross-functional teams / stakeholders and facilitate communication to provide updates, insights and recommendations.
Participates in the business initiatives and drive efforts that improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
Responsible to maintain data accuracy to support in decision-making
Prepares and presents analytical reports and dashboards to supervisor or management
Supports the Operational Excellence team on ad hoc projects and improvement workshops as needed.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Graduate in business management, financial audit, business administration or related field
Minimum three years of experience in operations or process improvement
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Project management skills
Strong background in business transformation and change management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English and Chinese, both in writing and speaking
Mature mindset, able to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders effectively. Know the right questions to ask to ensure his / her own understanding and enable challenge
A “can do” attitude and willing to go extra mile
Proficient in English and Cantonese, both in writing and speaking
Legal / company secretarial qualification is an advantage
