A leading insurer is seeking a highly skilled and experiencedpliance Review Manager to support in reviewing regulatory standards and internal policies.

Your new role

Conduct end-to-endpliance reviews, including planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Monitor regulatory matters, including IRA, FATCA, CRS, and other relevant regulations.

Review and advise on updatingpliance policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.

Monitorpliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

  • Identify and assesspliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications inpliance or related areas are a plus.

Strong knowledge of IRA, FATCA, CRS, and other relevant regulations.

Experience in developing and implementingpliance review programs.

Familiarity with MPF schemes in Hong Kong and Macau is a plus.
