This is an exciting and rare opportunity for a US-based candidate to join a growing and vibrant office in the Greater China region. We have been asked to interview and screen qualified candidates with the following experience and credentials :

• Mid- to Senior- Level (6-8 PQE / 2019 - 2017 JD) Capital Markets and M&A associate with experience practicing at a large international law firm in the US
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
• A JD from a top-tier US law school; stellar academic credentials
• Admitted to practice law in New York or any other US jurisdiction

This law firm compensates US associates in Greater China at the NY Cravath scale rate. For candidates relocating from the US, the firm offers a generous relocation package, which includes a brief housing stipend.
