Presales Engineer / Presales Consultant

Amidas is a fast-growing IT System Integrator focusing on Enterprise Market in Hong Kong. We are expanding our Technical Presales Department in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis. You will be part of the Technical Presales Department to support our Sales Team through out the whole selling cycle.

Your Job Duties :

Support Sales team to drive different IT services business or opportunities

Handle technical Pre-Sales role for customer meeting, product demo, POC, proposal writing, support enquiries of Sales Team

Responsible for technical solution designs and scoping professional services

Provide technical support and handle daily phone-in and email enquires

Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and project management

Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with vendors and end users

Skills & Experience :

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience :

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

Solid working experience in SI companies would be an advantage

Hands-on experience on network infrastructure / security / cloud infrastructure would be an advantage

Knowledge in Microsoft M365, Azure, AWS, Cybersecurity or Infrastructure related products would be an advantage
