Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Product Ownership

  • Digital Transformation Leadership :
  • Drive the digitalisation programme, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and transformation objectives.
  • Develop and maintain aprehensive product roadmap that balances regulatory, technical, and user experience priorities.
  • Business Requirements & Backlog Management :
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather detailed business and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories, epics, and technical specifications.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog within an agile framework, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination :
  • Act as the centralmunication hub linking business units, IT teams, UX / UI designers, and regulatory experts.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and iterative feedback sessions to ensure all perspectives are integrated and understood.

Regulatory &pliance Excellence

  • In-Depth Regulatory Knowledge :
  • Maintain aprehensive understanding of banking regulations and ensure that all digital solutions meet or exceed these requirements.
  • Proactively monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on digital processes and product features.
  • Risk & Impact Analysis :
  • Conduct thorough influence and risk assessments relating to regulatorypliance, identifying potential challenges and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • UX / UI & User-Centered Design

  • Design Collaboration :
  • Work closely with UX / UI teams to weave user-centered design principles into the product development process.
  • Advocate for intuitive and engaging designs that support ease-of-use and accessibility withoutpromising regulatory integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Solicit, evaluate, and integrate user feedback to improve digital interfaces, ensuring the product evolves with consumer expectations and emerging trends.
  • Ensure that presentation materials, process documentation, and training resources are clear, concise, and inspirational.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience :
  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services field.
  • Regulatory Expertise :
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations andpliance requirements as they apply to digital platforms.
  • UX / UI Insight :
  • Proven experience collaborating on or guiding UX / UI initiatives to create user-friendly, engaging digital products.
  • Superior written and oralmunication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to translateplex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills and the capacity to clearly articulate vision, strategy, and project details.
  • Agile Methodologies :
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a track record of managing product backlogs and iterative development processes.
  • Analytical Acumen :
  • Ability to perform thorough analyses, create detailed documentation, and present actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives within a regulated industry.
  • Experience in project management, including risk assessment and stakeholder management inplex programmes.
