A well-established digital payment firm is seeking a Business Administrative Officer to join their team.

Your new role

Assist the admin lead with daily office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

Help implement newpany policies following recent business changes.

Support special projects, such as workspace upgrades or policy updates.

Handle a wide range of office duties : processing payments, managing expenses, ordering supplies, renewing contracts, and keeping asset records.

Oversee office inventory, coordinate purchases, and work with vendors for efficient sourcing.

Organize logistics for internal projects, including travel and amodation bookings, and event planning.

Help arrange and coordinatepany gatherings, meetings, and conferences, covering all admin and logistics needs.

Work closely with admin teams in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mainland China.

Assist with general office matters like renovations, moves, upkeep, contract management, and asset tracking.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or similar qualification

At least 5 years' solid experience in office admin and support roles in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive, customer-focused attitude

Strong eye for detail and accuracy with paperwork and admin tasks

Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and prioritising in a busy setting

Goodmand of PC skills, especially on Windows and MS Office

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Immediate availability is preferred.
