职位描述Inspects all guest rooms and pantry areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness Handles all requests and complaints on guest floors Organises and oversees daily workflow and manpower allocation to ensure smooth operation and efficiency Provides direction, guidance and training to Room Attendants to uphold Hotel standards Minimum of 2 years' Housekeeping supervisory experience, related experience in luxury hotels is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage Strong knowledge of hospitality services and Housekeeping operations
