Key Accountabilities :
Inspects all guest rooms and pantry areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanlinessHandles all requests and complaints on guest floorsOrganises and oversees daily workflow and manpower allocation to ensure smooth operation and efficiencyProvides direction, guidance and training to Room Attendants to uphold Hotel standardsGeneral Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years' Housekeeping supervisory experience, related experience in luxury hotels is a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent in spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantageStrong knowledge of hospitality services and Housekeeping operations
