Work closely with the management team to identify areas of improvement / enhancement within the business operationsDevelop strategies for organizational change, performance improvementBe the task force to ensure synergies across relevant BUs by process standardisation, shared of resources and information, etc.Be the project manager to control the project implementation process and track the progress, prepare reports and documentationAlign and work closely with related BUs, manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. advisors and consultants) in an efficient approachskills & experiences required.
