职位描述University degree with 3-5 years working experience in financial analysis, management reporting Experiences in insurance / financial services preferred Curious and courageous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solution Strong analytic capability and time management skills Positive mindset, self-motivated Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Be a team player Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools for developing financial models, data analysis and management presentation Goodmand of written & spoken Chinese and English Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage management and performance reporting with analysis and rmendations to various management groups and stakeholders
- Support sales teams with market insights andpetitive analysis
- Support to design, build, maintain, and control / manage the Partnership Distribution database and reporting tool
- Analyze all informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce all database standards
- Coordinate budget planning / forecasting process / sales target setting
- Ensurepliance with local budget and expense guideline, establish and maintain appropriate internal controls
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager and department heads in order to meet business needs
