Your new role

  • Support and manage IT infrastructure, including VMware, servers, cloud services, Active Directory, and networking. Oversee AV, IoT, and office renovation projects across Group locations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Lead infrastructure projects and service improvements.
  • Design and document IT systems and network setups.
  • Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support for IT projects, site offices, and events.

    • What you'll get in return

  • Degree inputer Science or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in enterprise IT and network support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, cloud, and security tools.
  • Certifications like CCNA / CCNP / VMware are a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
