Description
- Handle on all-around office administration duties including office maintenance and facilities admin support, ordering office supplies, coordinating office cleaning service, maintaining office cleanliness etc.
- Meet and greet incoming guests and VIPs
- Monitor central mailbox, answer incoming phone calls, manage room booking and inventory items
- Arrange travel, car and accommodation bookings as well as agendas
- Prepare emails, presentation materials, periodic office reports, expense reports, lists and other related documents
- Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Profile
Bachelor's degree holder2-3 years of relevant administrative experience from financial services industryNative Mandarin speaker, proficient in English (Cantonese is a plus)Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsPositive, confident, detail-minded, proactive with strong team spiritProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookJob Offer
