Job description
Role Overview:
Provide professional and all rounded hotline services, handle enquirers and promote unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) proactively via inbound and outbound channels
Promote loan / insurance products when customer’s need are being identified to reach the sales achievement for the department
Contribute to the achieving the section’s service and sales objectives
Timely respond to customer’s feedbacks, drive for service improvement and better customer experience
Assist team head to review and allocate the resources so as to optimize the team productivity
Identify the potential improvement areas to enhance the work efficiency
Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of various projects
Ensure all processes of the team comply with the internal control standards, group compliance policy and external regulatory requirements
Ideal Profile:
Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
Willing to work on flexi-hours
Minimum 3 years of experience in Retails Banking, Call Centre or Telemarketing business
Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
