Key Responsibilities :
Work with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and assist in preparing tenders, quotations, contracts, and related documents.
Communicate with service providers to ensure compliance with procurement workflows, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions.
Assist in evaluating tenders / quotations and preparing recommendation reports for management approval.
Maintain detailed records of procurement transactions, including registers, status updates, and vendor management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate appointed vendors’ performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by senior officers.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a large public organization.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive, self-motivated, and business-savvy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
