Proven experience in pension operations and operation transformation Extensive knowledge of MPF / pension modeling, systems development methodologies, and architectural frameworks. Strong understanding of business processes, strategic planning, and the integration of IT and business strategies for MPF / pension solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Lead Business Architect
The Role :
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of MPF system architectures to support strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business models reflecting our operational processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
- Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies to fulfill business needs.
- Mentor and lead a team of business analysts, providing direction and support in their project duties.
- Design and execute system tests to validate performance against specifications.
- Manage the documentation process for business analysis and system architecture.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve business processes and systems understanding across the company.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the architecture remains current and competitive.
