Scope of Work
Act as a strategic partner and right-hand to the CEO Greater China, driving key initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of regional strategy. Lead cross-functional collaboration, manage critical stakeholder relationships with HQ, and oversee strategic programs to deliver business objectives across the Greater China region.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Partner with the CEO Greater China in developing and executing regional strategy
- Lead annual budget planning process and drive regional consolidation across markets
- Develop strategic analyses and business recommendations based on market trends and performance metrics
- Drive business review presentations and consolidate inputs for monthly and quarterly HQ reporting
Stakeholder Management & HQ Liaison
Design and coordinate HQ visitor agendas to maximize strategic impact and business outcomesManage relationships with HQ key stakeholders for regional projects and initiativesPrepare comprehensive business review decks for Regional CEO's HQ presentationsEnsure alignment between regional operations and global corporate strategyRegional Operations & Program Management
Set agendas and lead GM meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and effective decision-makingOrchestrate regional meetings, sharing sessions, and major corporate announcementsLead regional collaboration projects, seminars, and workshops to drive best practicesOversee retail store project consolidation for network development initiativesMonitor and track all strategic projects within the region, ensuring timely executionBrand & Market Development
Collaborate with affiliate marketing teams to develop regional brand plans and identify synergiesParticipate in key client engagement events and overseas business tripsDrive strategic regional initiatives across network development, client experience, and market activationFoster team collaboration and knowledge exchange across Greater China marketsQualifications
Master's degree in Business or related field7+ years of experience in business management, strategy consulting, or commercial & marketing planningBackground in management consulting or luxury / consumer goods sector strongly preferredProven track record in planning and executing strategic initiatives in complex organizationsLanguage Proficiency : Native or fluent French literacy required; excellent command of English; Mandarin is advantageStrong communication, high agility in stakeholder management to achieve the organization prioritiesAdditional Information
