The Job
Job Responsibilities :
Manage, configure, and maintain the Vicidial system to ensure optimal performance.Monitor call center metrics and performance, making necessary adjustments for efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve any Vicidial-related issues promptly.Implement and optimize dialer campaigns, scripts, and call routing strategies.Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with industry regulations.Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on Vicidial usage.Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new technologies.The Profile
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Vicidial Administrator / Manager in a call center environment.Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols.Experience with campaign setup, lead management, and dialer performance tuning.Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with CRM and API integrations is a plus.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersThe Employer
