Responsible for delivery of a project or projects within the contractually executed parameters and in accordance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System as well as providing tailor-made services to assist client in developing and managing their projects.
Requirements :
Degree or above Construction / Project Management related discipline or other similar qualifications
At least 8 years’ relevant working experience in project management / commercial fitting out and decoration project design which preferably in a commercial / retail and hospitality fit out with multinational corporate exposure
Experience of working with a team and consultants and managing trade contractors & Vendors
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Computer literacy is essential
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
