Responsible for assisting the Factory Manager in leading & managing the production engineering team, driving continuous improvement on product quality, process effectiveness & efficiency, operation cost reduction as well as EHS functionality of the manufacturing plant.

Bachelor Degree in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
At least 10 years’ experience at managerial level in manufacturing industry
Solid experience in PIE and Good at manufacturing technique of electrical household appliances

especially strong in assembly line and warehouse operation

With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable

Self-motivated, independent, strong conceptual & analytical skill and able to work under pressure

Good command of English, while can speak & read Chinese is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Production Engineering Manager
