Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated Service Assistant Manager / Manager to support the company in leading our service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our service systems, delivering high-quality technical support, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in strategic planning and setting team objectives to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Coordinate warranty services and implement quality control measures.
  • Lead and motivate the service team to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal operations.
  • Utilize ERP systems for streamlined processes and accurate record-keeping.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of technical service experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical / electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred certifications : Electrical Worker (Grade B) or relevant professional credentials.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards.
