Senior Regional Project Consultant - Finance (HKM1406051825)

A worldwide financial institute is seeking a Senior Regional Project Consultant - Finance to join their regional team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader in project meetings
• Lay down an overall plan in details
• Ensure all the issues are addressed in the plan
• Ensure all stakholders’ considerations are handled properly
• Identify potential project issues from a finance / legal / compliance perspective
• Manage and Identify the project priorities within the region
• Prepare regular project report
• Align program management methodologies with company standard
• Define and execute the milestone
• Manage the risk in the projects
• Maintain a good relationship with the stakeholders
• Monitor the legal and regulatory guidelines changes
• Manage the external service provider to complete their tasks on time
• Clearly record all matters relating to the project
• Provide guidance to team members
• Requirements
• Degree Holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, MBA preferred
• At least 12 year working experience, preferably in banking or insurance industry
• Solid experience in finance, tax, regulatory or legal matters
• Proven project management experience
• Change management experience is a must
• Corporate restructuring experience will be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior executives
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Customer oriented
• Willing to travel
