1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and drive long-term product strategy, vision, and goals aligned with thepany’s overall business direction.
  • Define the product’s core value proposition, balancing user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Periodically refine strategies to adapt to market shifts,petitive dynamics, or internal resource changes.

2. Market & User Research

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets, user behavior, andpetitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Continuously uncover user pain points through surveys, data analysis, and translate insights into product requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends (, technology, regulations) to ensure product innovation and future readiness.
  • 3. Product Planning & Roadmap

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear priorities, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (Tech, Design, Operations) to oversee end-to-end product development.
  • Manage the product backlog to balance short-term iterations with long-term objectives.
  • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a central liaison across Tech, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Report product progress to senior leadership, secure resources, and manage stakeholder expectations.
