Job description
Role overview :
Handle hotline enquirers and resolve customer requests via various means
Provide prompt and courteous services to clients with positive problem-solving capabilities
Liaise with internal parties to resolve enquirer and follow up with client
Provide daily support to supervisor and participate in ad hoc projects
Ideal Profile :
Minimum of 1 year customer services experience
Experience in Employee Benefits or MPF is preferred, but not a must
Qualified license of IIQE - Paper I & III is a plus
Pleasant and possessing sound presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
