职位描述Degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience At least 5 years’ mobile application development experience with additional 3 years’ experience in web development preferred Knowledge in both Android and iOS development; Experience in PHP, JAVA or Node.js preferred Familiar with high-concurrency system architecture; Experience in operating and maintaining live high traffic web platforms is a plus Knowledge in common architecture Knowledge in SPDY, HTTP / 2 and TLS etc. Knowledge of mobile development technologies and prior experience in common open-source projects Knowledge of mobile network features and optimization Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Knowledge of mobile security technology such as attacking and defending approaches in mobile applications Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams Excellent communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Responsibilities
- Provide guidance for product developments
- Continuously on optimizing performance and user experience of mobile applications based on new developments in mobile technologies
- Optimization and capacity planning of server-side performance in cooperation with API team to construct a high-availability mobile service platform
- Improve the performance of the mobile application
- Work closely with other team members to overcome challenges in application development
- Responsible for converting business requests into technical requirements
