Responsibilities

  • Lead digital IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring all phases—from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and post-launch review—are executed flawlessly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure projects align with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, proactively identify issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Establish regular reporting procedures to keep stakeholders updated on progress, milestone achievements, potential risks, and adjustments to the project plan.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams—epassing IT, operations, product management, and regulatorypliance—to ensure an integrated approach.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate strategic goals into actionable project oues.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation to inform senior management and external partners.
  • Use strong writing and presentation skills to clearly articulate project visions, status updates, and post-project evaluations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Approximately 10 years of project management experience within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale digital IT projects should demonstrate mastery over managing full project lifecycles.
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations andpliance requirements, with experience integrating these standards into IT project frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and relevant IT project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and enhance project performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbalmunication skills that support clear, concise, and engaging reporting and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree inputer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
