Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by researching and understanding target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in the company's products or services
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts by understanding the business needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct outbound sales activities such as emailing and social selling to generate new opportunities and build relationships with potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet customer needs
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of customer issues
Requirements :
