Reporting to the senior management of the organisation, you will be leading a team of lawyers and company secretaries.

• You will advise on a wide range of commercial and investment activities, day-to-day commercial legal issues and regulatory
• You will support the cross-boarder M&A transactions, banking agreements, Tax and IP issues
• You will advise secretarial matters for the Company and its subsidiary in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
• You will liaise with external lawyer to provide legal advice to the business
