Responsibilities

  • Assist the head of operation to manage the bank’s operations (Remittance Operation, Loan Operation, Trade Finance Operation, Treasury Settlement Operation and Account Operation) in accordance with appropriate regulations.
  • Formulate bank operations strategies in order to ensure established policies and procedures are followed and delegating responsibilities to staff as needed to meet bank objectives.
  • Review & approve operation related transaction, documents & requests submitted by the teams
  • Review existing operation policies procedure to collaborate with senior executives to plan & implement process improvement initiatives
  • Adhere topliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HKMA & Head Office Banking standards, policies and practices
  • Provide support to Remittance Operation, Loan Operation, Trade Finance Operation, Treasury Settlement Operation and Account Operation while the managers is absent

Requirements :

  • Degree or above
  • 15 years+ banking operation experience
  • Solid experience with 5 years + professional leadership experience in a banking setting
  • Excellent experience in project management & change management
  • Strong operational experience across Remittance Operation, Loan Operation, Trade Finance Operation, Treasury Settlement Operation and Account Operation
  • Prior all-rounded hands on Corporate Banking Operation experience would be highly preferable
