Maintain and support cloud services (AWS) and related servers and networks.
Evaluate and implement M365 automation to improve the configuration management, patching, system logging, security setting, data backup and recovery management.
Set up, monitor, upgrade and support server environments (Windows & Linux, VMware, Veeam, SAN storage) to ensure optimal performance and security.
Plan, implement, configure and administrate servers, storage, and backup.
Assist in implementing and managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Support the Disaster Recovery Strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements :
Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
3+ years in-depth experience in supporting Windows & Linux and backup tools.
Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Hands-on experience in supporting M365, Exchange, MS SQL, Windows Server OSes.
Familiar with M365 Power Automate, shell scripting and related scripting is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of network protocols, Ethernet, VLAN, routing and IP.
Strong in organizing and documenting work progress.
Confident in time management, willing to learn, progressive and efficient team player.
