Senior Accounting Manager

Objective of the Position :

Assist Financial Controller in execution and implementation of internal workflows and daily accounting operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

What You'll Do :

• Supervise the teams that look after accounting operations, prepare management reports, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Support and work with business units on aspects of finance and accounting related issues of the business units.
• Manage and coordinate taxation matters including tax filings in various jurisdictions.
• Liaise and collaborate with external auditors, advisors and bankers.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and process improvements.

What You Have :

Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.

At least 10 years of relevant experience and at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Qualified accountant.

Strong strategic mindset, combined with demonstrated ability to roll up the sleeves and getting things done.

Strong analytical mindset with a can-do attitude and proven problem-solving skills.

Outstanding attention to details and numbers.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior executives, team members and and other stakeholders, including external stakeholders such as lawyers and auditors.
