职位描述Degree Holder or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines At least 8 years working experience in Steering Systems EPS on motor and controller experience is highly preferred Experience in plastic injection, metal, machining process, ESI and able to help with costing would be an advantage Familiar with Automotive validations is a plus Strong leadership skill Good communication skills in English and Mandarin LESS experience will be considered as Senior Manager / Manager

Responsibilities
- Based on the steering system field experience to design and set up guidelines for the application
- Design products to fulfill customers’ requirement
- Review new concept designs, validation and establishing guidelines
- Review drawings and APQP documents (i.e. DFMEA, PPAP of components, SER, benchmark etc.)
- Manager several teams of engineers and develop their skill and knowledge on engineering system and enhancing their technological level.
- Work closely with BD and other teams to expand the global market shares.
