Job Summary :
- Vendor Management, Partner Management & Supporting team to drive Business objective for the Datech Business
- Plan sales strategies, assign regional sales target per region & monitor performance of teams with reach activity & parameters planned
- Lead the adoption of Datech GTM (Strato, Radar & FLAER), Tools & Platforms (Datech Portal)
- Solution sales & end customer pitching of product / solutions / platform
- Have hands-on in driving programs (New Business & Renewal Business)
- Hands-on Autodesk Products, Solutions, Licensing & Renewal Program
- Able to track renewal opportunities & work with teams on increasing the renewal rates
- Experience in managing P&L with the focus on driving profitable business
Knowledge and Skills :
Excellent relationship with Vendor – Autodesk, Channel Resellers & Internal stakeholdersIn depth knowledge and understanding of Autodesk solution, technology and design solutions marketShould have experience in driving renewals & lead generation for software products on subscription modelExperience in driving Marketing & Demand Generation ProgramsExperience in managing Autodesk products & licensingSeeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external), based on Customer Success Management & customer lifetime valueGood Communication skills (Both written and oral)Experience :
At least 5+ years’ experience in selling Autodesk or Autodesk Channel or CAD Design MarketCandidate must have 10+ years of experience in driving End Customer & Partner BusinessShould have managerial skillsets to drive team on achieving renewal numbers (Motivating & Driving along with Teams)He / She should be having an in-depth understanding of channel business & Ecosystem, Renewal ManagementKnowledge of partners across India will be added advantageEducation / Certification :
University Degree or equivalentMBA in Marketing or experience in Marketing is added advantageKey Skills
