Human Resources Assistant

- Post job advertisement, screen applications, schedule job interviews, conduct interviews and follow through the recruitment process;
- Prepare employment documents, collect required employee information and ensure smooth onboarding process;
- Handle visa, qualification assessment and teacher registration applications;
- Payroll processing on HR System;
- Enroll and follow the employees C&B programs;
- Organize, coordinate and support staff orientation, development and leisure programs;
- Reception duties on an ad-hoc basis;
- Assist in ad-hoc duties / project as assigned.
Job Requirement :
Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines;With 1-3 years experiences in Human Resources;Fresh graduates with major in HR are also welcome;All round with experiences on payroll processing on HRIS would be advantageous;Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;High integrity and trustworthy;Candidates with more experiences may be considered for senior position;Immediate availability is highly preferred. 为此搜索创建职位提醒
