Human Resources Assistant

职位描述Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines; With 1-3 years experiences in Human Resources; Fresh graduates with major in HR are also welcome; All round with experiences on payroll processing on HRIS would be advantageous; Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; High integrity and trustworthy; Candidates with more experiences may be considered for senior position; Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Job Description
- Post job advertisement, screen applications, schedule job interviews, conduct interviews and follow through the recruitment process;
- Prepare employment documents, collect required employee information and ensure smooth onboarding process;
- Handle visa, qualification assessment and teacher registration applications;
- Payroll processing on HR System;
- Enroll and follow the employees C&B programs;
- Organize, coordinate and support staff orientation, development and leisure programs;
- Reception duties on an ad-hoc basis;
- Assist in ad-hoc duties / project as assigned.
