About The Role
As the HR Manager, you'll be the driving force behind talent strategy, responsible for the full spectrum of HR generalist duties, with a strong focus on recruitment and retention. You'll work closely with the founding partners to build the right structure for rapid business growth.
What You'll Do :
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the fast-paced, innovative culture.
- Lead recruitment efforts, attracting top talent in the digital market space.
- Implement retention strategies to keep the team engaged and motivated.
- Partner with senior leadership to build the organizational structure needed for rapid growth.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the digital market, AI, and tech, and leverage that knowledge to inform HR strategies.
- Embrace learning agility and utilize AI tools to find solutions and improve HR processes.
Requirements
