Responsibilities :

Upon receiving the required on-the-job training, handle the customer service work at the front desk and call center of our dental centers, including handling follow-up enquiries, paperwork, etc., and strive to provide customers with a personalized and hospitable experience.

Key Highlights :

Working Days : 5-day work, Bank Holidays!

Working Hours : 0-0 (or 0 weekends)

Salary : HK$,-$, / month (subject to experience and ability)

Plus : Training Subsidy & Monthly Performance Bonus!

Location : Tsim Sha Tsui / Causeway Bay / Tsuen Wan (near MTR station).

Requirements :

Experience is not required but preference will be given to those with related medical or customer service experience, and most importantly, with the can-do attitude and positive personality!
