In this position, you will :
- Be responsible for formulating and implementing sales compliance policies and procedures to ensure that all sales activities comply with the requirements of the company and laws and regulations.
- Assess compliance risks in the sales process, identify potential risks and propose improvement measures.
- Supervise sales activities, review sales data and records regularly to ensure compliance.
- Investigate and handle compliance issues and propose improvement suggestions.
- Report the compliance work situation to the compliance office regularly, maintain good communication with other departments (such as internal audit, legal department, risk management department, etc.), and cooperate on time to complete the review work.
- Provide compliance training for the sales team to enhance employees' compliance awareness and related knowledge.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.Priority given to candidates with 3 years or more of internal and external auditing experience.Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office is preferred.Strong language skills including Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Candidates with excellent Chinese written communication skills are preferred.Good professional ethics, strong coordination skills, and a spirit of teamwork.When you work :
