Your Role

  • Oversee the daily operation of facilities management within the Group’s premises, including commercial buildings, offices, data centers, telephone exchanges, carparks, and other buildings
  • Manage the soft services, and assist the technical team in managing planned maintenance, repair, and operations of designated buildings, supervising contractors' performance
  • Act as a customer interface to ensure the provision of efficient, safe, and cost-effective service in accordance with customers' requirements
  • Supervise contractors’ performance

To Succeed in the Role

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property or facilities management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Holder of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 PMP license is preferable
  • Holder of an HK driving license is preferable
  • Work Location : Hong Kong
