Your Role
- Oversee the daily operation of facilities management within the Group’s premises, including commercial buildings, offices, data centers, telephone exchanges, carparks, and other buildings
- Manage the soft services, and assist the technical team in managing planned maintenance, repair, and operations of designated buildings, supervising contractors' performance
- Act as a customer interface to ensure the provision of efficient, safe, and cost-effective service in accordance with customers' requirements
- Supervise contractors’ performance
To Succeed in the Role
Degree / Diploma holder in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related disciplinesMinimum of 3 years’ experience in property or facilities managementStrong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented, and capable of working independently and meet tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood command of written and spoken English and ChineseHolder of a Tier 1 or Tier 2 PMP license is preferableHolder of an HK driving license is preferableWork Location : Hong Kong
