Job Responsibilities
- Maintains the Managing Director’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Arrange expense reports, review, and liaise with the finance department
- Answer and screening incoming phone calls
- Provide general admin support to the Managing Director and the team
- Support the team with coordination of programs, events, or conferences
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant secretarial experience, ideally in a multicultural workplaceBachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and MandarinAttention to detail and strong organization skillsCompetent in MS Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
