Human Resources Assistant, Employee Advisory Services

We are seeking graduates eager to expand their knowledge and gain practical experience in human resources. This opportunity enables emerging HR talents to engage in diverse activities throughout the employee lifecycle, equipping them to become operational experts in the field. Job Description :

  • Employee Lifecycle Management : Administer the end-to-end employee lifecycle (ELC) processes, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and governance of ELC programs in SAP SuccessFactor.
  • HR Ticketing System : Manage queries through the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaboration : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate HR processes and communications.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties : Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the HR team and organizational goals.

Requirements :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience : 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Payroll experience is a plus.
  • Skills : Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, complemented by a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Personal Attributes : Resourceful, self-motivated, and a results-driven team player.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with global HRIS and HR ticketing systems is advantageous.
