Job Responsibilities :
Assist in collecting and organizing documents for review prior to approval and payments, ensuring compliance with payment approval procedures and managing online banking approvals;
Coordinate various types of insurance related to properties, vehicles, and other assets;
Perform daily accounting tasks, including preparing receipts and processing payment transactions;
Accurately input data into accounting systems;
Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes;
Provide administrative assistance to daily operations;
Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements :
DSE or above with LCCI higher level is preferred;
1-2 years' relevant working experience;
Detail-minded, responsible, can-do attitude and a good team player;
Familiar with Oracle-JD Edward is an added advantage;
Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
