职位描述Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline 1-2 years of working experience in payment and account payables is preferred Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage Knowledge and experience Lotus Notes and MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word Goodmunication skill, team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline Good knowledge in financial reporting and financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin; Chinese word processing skills is a must
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise payments and accounts receivable in accordance withpany's accounting policies
- Ensure all accounting and payment records are properly recorded
- Participate in the preparation of accounting system requirements and UAT testing
- Participate in the formulation and maintenance of relevant accounting systems and processes
- Undertake other matters assigned by superiors
