What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma holders or above
- 5 years of experience in sales administration, support, customer service, or account servicing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office
- Proficient in presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Skilled in multitasking and able to work independently
- Positive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure

Answer internal and external calls and queries in a professional mannerPrepare management report and business documentProvide admin support to Sales TeamPrepare sales quotation and proposal or RFT etc.Provide after sales support to customersArrange job order and update statusPerform adhoc task assigned by managerPerform project coordination role if required
