Large and complex claims handling and managerial support
Job Accountabilities
- Responsible for the large and complex liability and property claims
- Provide data analytics for Commercial portfolios
- Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initiatives
- Responsible for orgranizing customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint slides
- Adheres to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards
- Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks
- Compliance with customer protocols / service charter
Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above with equivalent working experience5 years or above experience in Liability and Property claims preferably with large and complex claims management skillAchieved recognised industry standard (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF)Technical knowledge of products and servicesTechnical claims handling knowledge of Liability and Property Insurance productsUnderstand local legislation and legal liabilityUnderstand industry standards and protocolKnowledge of claims agreementsKnowledge and application of the litigation processHas extensive experience with all major aspects of the claims adjustment processGood command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)Experience in Liability and Property claims handlingExperience in Liability and Property claims with good customer service skill is a mustData analytical skill is preferredWhy Zurich
