Client Service Representative (12 months Contract)

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• To handle incoming and outgoing calls from and to members, employers and others in timely, courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner.
• To achieve expected standards of service and also meet standards in terms of quality, cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements when completing assigned work / tasks.
• To collect client’s feedback for service improvement.

Requirement :

Degree holder in business or any related disciplines

At least 2 years working experience in financial institutions, preferably in call centre / customer service
